The weather is perfect for a day date at the farm! And with the new year comes Amber Brooke Farm’s Sip and Savor, an all-new food and wine event running through January 28. My family loves this farm — we go every year for strawberry picking and blueberry picking and, of course, the annual fall festival. So we were excited to try this event that’s geared more toward adults!
With each ticket, you get a free flight of 3 2 oz. pours of beer and/or wine from local Central Florida brewers and wineries. It’s a great way to support our local businesses and try some new sips and flavors. We really liked the unique options from Orange County Brewers!
Admission to the event also includes access to food truck vendors, U-pick strawberries and flowers, live music, fire pits and dozens of other farm activities for all ages. Because of the lighter crowds, the strawberry fields were ripe for the picking so we had no issue filling our bucket! The food trucks had lots of variety — from lobster rolls and Puerto Rican food to açaí bowls and rolled ice cream.
Since we’re getting close to Valentine’s Day, the farm has lots of photo op spots that are perfect for you and your sweetheart! They’ve even got a Mean Girls’ themed one!

Don't Forget the U-Pick Farm
Florida's strawberry season typically runs from December through March, ensuring pleasant weather for your visit. When you're ready to start picking, the farm's friendly crew will provide containers for your freshly picked strawberries. The rows of strawberries come in different varieties and levels of sweetness, making it a delightful experience for everyone, including toddlers.
Blueberry picking becomes available in March and usually lasts until May.
While picking, don't forget to capture some photos or videos against the backdrop of the picturesque scenery. Once you've gathered your desired quantity, proceed to the checkout, where you'll be charged $4.95 per pound for the strawberries you've picked.
Food and Refreshments
If you find yourself hungry during your visit, worry not! Amber Brooke Farms has you covered with options like lunch, freshly baked goods, and refreshing slushes. Amber Brooke Farms has their own food trailers and often brings in local food trucks during busy weekends and events.
