If you’re looking for a truly memorable evening in Disney World, Toledo — Tapas, Steak & Seafood at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort delivers on every level. The sweeping rooftop setting is paired with a Spanish-inspired menu and wonderful Disney service. I've long admired this Disney restaurant and recently enjoyed a hosted dining event here. The experience reminded me why Toledo is a Spanish jewel.

A View to Remember

Situated at the top of Gran Destino Tower at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Toledo treats diners to panoramic vistas that become especially enchanting at sunset. The warm glow of twilight casts a soft light across the dining room.

As the evening deepens, you can step from your meal into the Dahlia Lounge observation deck — where you can sneak a peek at the EPCOT fireworks majestically nearby.

A Michelin-Level Experience

Toledo is officially recognized by the Orlando Michelin guide. The attention to detail, the artistry of the dishes, and the lively ambiance evoke the kind of quality one associates with Michelin dining. I rarely indulge in adult beverages any longer, though I will make a rare exception for something special, like quality wine from Europe.

Naturally, Toledo has an impressive wine list, and the food pairs perfectly with each of the expert selections. Each course is paired with thoughtfulness and Toledo’s wine selection is truly exceptional. Whether you favor bold reds or crisp whites, there’s depth and variety here to please connoisseurs and casual wine lovers alike.

Spanish Flair, Culinary Depth

The menu draws heavily on Spain’s bold flavors, reinterpreted with a modern touch:

  • The lamb, served medium as I requested, was tender, juicy, and beautifully seasoned — a standout dish.
  • The charcuterie selection easily ranks among the finest in Orlando. Cured meats, artisan Spanish cheeses, accoutrements, everything was beautifully balanced and memorable.
  • Dessert also got a surprising twist: the new cheesecake was light yet indulgent. Its texture and finishing touches made it feel like the perfect finale.

Romance, Groups & Logistics

For a Disney date night or dining with friends, Toledo delivers. Its intimate rooftop setting is romantic, while behind the scenes, multiple private dining rooms make it ideal for group gatherings or celebrations.

Reservations tend to be accessible (especially if you book a bit in advance), and parking is straightforward and convenient, no long treks or hidden lots. One bite, one sip, and you’ll say ‘¡Salud!’ to the perfect Disney date night.
