Celebrate the New Year with a wellness reboot at Hyatt Regency Orlando‘s inaugural Wellness Weekend, February 6-7. We've partnered with this AAA Four Diamond hotel to create a wellness day program and getaway that will set you off on the path to feeling fit and fabulous in 2016.

hyatt lobby smallAs part of a new seasonal event series, the Total Wellness Weekend will feature local health and wellness experts, fitness classes, interactive demonstrations and distinctive culinary programs.

Held in partnership with Orlando Date Night Guide and designed for couples as well as friends, February’s Total Wellness Weekend event brings together a selection of Orlando’s most inspiring wellness experts showcased at a series of programs.

Saturday, February 6

9:30am-10:30am: Check-in and Morning Energizer at The Spa at Hyatt Regency Orlando
Fresh, handmade juice and light snacks will be served as guests meet and mingle at The Spa. Be sure to grab your Total Wellness Weekend swag bag, included with all tickets. Attendees will be given lockers and access to showers and change rooms in The Spa throughout the day.

10:30am – 11:30am: Yoga Flow at The Spa at Hyatt Regency Orlando
For first-timers, occasional Yogis, and aficionados alike, this dynamic yoga session with Ann Hymes, yoga instructor at The Spa, awakens mind and body with poses that build flexibility and strength.

Noon – 1:30pm: Perfect Plate at Fiorenzo Italian Steakhouse 
Megan Ware, R.D., owner of local weight loss and wellness consulting practice Nutrition Awareness, joins hotel executive chef Larry Eells for an interactive lunch and learn session, pairing a delectable lunch with tips, trends and personalized nutritional advice to achieve wellness goals and create the perfect plate.

1:30pm – 2:30pm Break / Hotel Check-In
Free time for attendees to relax and unwind at the Grotto Pool or refresh in between events. Overnight guests will also have time to check-in to their guestrooms.

2:30pm to 3:30pm: Afternoon Remix : Choice of Fitness Classes 
Join Pure Barre Mills Park Studio Manager and Instructor Laurel Moll, Orangetheory Fitness Dr. Phillips Studio Manager and Trainer Juliana Marchesano, or The Spa at Hyatt Regency Orlando Indoor Cycling Instructor Russ Pullen, for an invigorating one-hour workout. Attendees will have their choice of one of three workout options.

4pm to 5pm: Pool Access and Select Spa Appointments Available
Join us in The Spa for a massage, facial or nail treatment. Only a handful of appointments are available. Guests booking the Total Wellness Weekend overnight package get a complimentary 50-minute spa service. Reservations for spa services can be made when you purchase your tickets.

6pm to 7 pm: Cocktail Reception at Rocks
Meet our mixologist for an interactive cocktail demonstration and reception. Included with Event Pass + Dinner Package or Overnight Packages.

7pm – 9pm Chef’s Table Dinner with Orlando Date Night Guide at Urban Tide 
Kristen Manieri of Orlando Date Night Guide shares her favorite local date night recommendations for couples, friends and families alike. Paired with a three-course Chef’s Table menu, including wine pairings, from Urban Tide Chef de Cuisine Jared Gross, this delectable dinner is perfect to wind down and relax after the day’s events. Included with Event Day Pass + Dinner package or Overnight Packages.

Sunday, February 7

All day: Spa Experiences at The Spa and Pool Access with Late Check-Out at 1pm
Guests who select the Overnight Package will receive a complimentary 50-minute spa service. Select from relaxing massage or rejuvenating facial therapies, a deluxe salon experience, or full-body escape. Reservations for spa services can be made when you purchase your tickets. Included with Overnight Packages.

Access to all day events on Saturday, February 7 from 9:30am to 3:30pm including lunch and welcome juice and snack PLUS cocktail reception and three-course Chef’s Table dinner.

Option Three: Overnight Package SOLD OUT
Access to all day events on Saturday, February 7 from 9:30am to 3:30pm including lunch and welcome juice and snack PLUS cocktail reception and three-course Chef’s Table dinner PLUS one-night club-level accommodations, which include access to the exclusive Regency Club with breakfast, hors d’oeuvres and nonalcoholic beverages offered throughout the day PLUS one 50-minute service at The Spa.
$199 per room (additional companion can be added for $99, which includes their Day Pass + Dinner package and an additional 50-minute spa service; limit two guests per room).
