Wine Tasting
Special activities will include a curated wine tasting, amazing science demonstrations, and the return of Dr. Robin Back! From UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management, Dr. Back will offer another exciting and interactive tasting experience as he explores the pungent and tantalizing world of Muscadine wines.
Muscadine wines are made from muscadine grapes, which are native to North America and primarily grown in the Southeastern United States. They can be red, white, or rosé, and range from dry to very sweet. They are known for their intense aromas and flavors that include notes of banana, apple, and cranberries.
