As part of the resort’s Easter programming, children arriving on-site over the holiday weekend will be welcomed with a special chocolate bar– five of which contain a Golden Ticket. The five lucky winners from each hotel will be honored on Easter Sunday in the Citrus Garden, and will receive a holiday-themed gift and shipment of 50 pounds of chocolate from the Easter Bunny himself.

Beyond the Golden Ticket magic, the resort’s Easter weekend is packed with joyful, family-friendly moments, including A refined à la carte Easter brunch at the Forbes 4-Star and MICHELIN Recommended restaurant, Primo, The Grande Easter Egg Hunt, Cotton Tail Tea and Easter Bunny’s Furry Friends brings an adorable animal meet-and-greet to the Valencia Lawn (April 19–20).

Nine Age Divided Hunts with more than 18,000 Eggs, a visit from the Easter bunny, and an Easter Basket Competition. There will also be lots of game/activity booths to enjoy before/after your designated hunt time. Magic 107.7 personalities will be there.

Grab your 21+ friends and get ready for a playful afternoon searching for more than 400 prize-filled eggs across the grounds at New York Beer Project. Every egg holds a surprise—from Easter treats and beer glasses to free flights, four-packs, crowler fills, and even a few coveted Mug Club memberships. The hunt begins promptly at 2:00 pm, so arrive early if you want the best chance to score a prize. Enjoy brunch beforehand or stick around for lunch or dinner after the hunt and turn it into a full day of fun.

Free Things to Do for Easter

Trying to save a little money? You don't need a huge budget in order to plan a fun Easter with your partner.

Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive: Love nature? Hop in the car and take your time driving along the 11-mile Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive. This one-way drive through a stunning habitat is a haven for birds and other Florida wildlife, including alligators. The Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive entrance gate is open for vehicular traffic between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays.

Hontoon Island State Park: Visit an island right here in Central Florida! Hontoon Island State Park is located along the St. Johns River near DeLand and can only be accessed by ferry. There's no fee to park and admission is free.
