We had the pleasure of catching up with Bill during a brief moment as he prepared for his shows in Orlando.

ODNG: Many couples bond over shared humor. What’s something you think every couple should laugh about together?
Bill: Laughing while spending time with each other. That shared time is when the best laughs happen.
ODNG: You’ve performed in front of so many different crowds — what kind of audience energy makes a night feel unforgettable for you?
Bill: When people come out ready to have fun, you can feel it in the air. They really want to let loose and enjoy themselves — that kind of energy is electric.
ODNG: You often talk about relationships and modern love in your comedy. How has your perspective on dating evolved over the years?
Bill: These days, people have a lot to deal with. Nothing feels real anymore — fake lashes, fake booties, filters on everything. It’s wild out here.
ODNG: How do you maintain your relationship while touring or working on long-term projects?
Bill: It’s all about balance and making time. Everything has to work together so you can handle both your relationship and your career.
ODNG: If you had just one night in Orlando with your partner, where would you go — something romantic, fun, or completely unexpected?
Bill: Wet ‘n Wild — it just sounds like a crazy night!
Bill Bellamy, a Newark-born comedian famed for his sharp wit and breakout performances on Def Comedy Jam, will perform at Orlando Funny Bone on June 20 and 21. Tickets range from $40–$70 for this 21+ show with doors opening around 6 PM and the first set beginning at 7 PM.
