The first in a series of elegant wine dinners, a limited number of guests will enjoy a curated multi-course menu paired with global wines.
It begins with a amuse-bouche paired with Charles Armand Blanc de Blanc Champagne. Courses include chilled blue crab with asparagus, short rib ravioli, and braised short rib with truffle risotto—each paired with wines from France, Argentina, and California. A refreshing sorbet trio follows, matched with Italian Prosecco, and the evening concludes with decadent chocolate velvet cake and a rich 20-year Australian port.
