Savor a fine selection of gourmet desserts prepared by Executive Chef, Stuart Whitfield of The Glass Knife during an exclusive one-night event on Tuesday, October 9. The Glass Knife, located in Winter Park, will close early for this event, creating a very intimate experience limited to the number of guests seated at the restaurant’s huge communal table.
The evening will consist of four dessert courses, each paired with the champagnes of the renowned Domaine Laurent-Perrier – one of the world’s most esteemed champagne brands for over 200 years. Beginning at 8:30pm, guests will be led through a relaxed, informative and undeniably unique 4-course pairing experience that promises to be a delicious evening.
