The mind, body and soul benefits of practicing yoga are reason enough to head to the studio, but multiple breweries, wineries and venues around Orlando have now combined yoga with imbibing, inspiring yogis of all levels to practice with the promise of pint glass perks at the end of each session.

Yoga at the Brewery – Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company

When: Every 1st Sunday of the month, 10:30am
Cost: $10 and includes your first Ivanhoe Park Beer or Mimosa

Enjoy yoga among the wonderful atmosphere of Ivanhoe Village. Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company hosts events practically every day of the month, with yoga kicking off the 1st Sunday of every month. Just $10 includes the class and one beer or mimosa. You will receive happy hour pricing for the duration of your stay.

Namaste for a Beer – Yoga at Deviant Wolfe Brewing

When: Weekly – Sundays at 10:30am
Cost: $15

Besides the obvious perks of Deviant Wolfe's weekly yoga event (the yoga class and a Deviant Wolfe draft after class), you can save money with a loyalty punch card or by purchasing a class pass. After attending five classes you get your sixth for free (yay for free yoga and beer). Or, purchase a 4-class package for $50, which will save you $10. Class passes are redeemable for the whole year.

Brewery Yoga w/ Emily Chung at Alestone Brewing

When: every 3rd Sunday of each month
Cost: $15 for the class and a beer

Alestone Brewing is located in historic downtown Longwood, right next to the SunRail station. Enjoy yoga under the covered patio area. Come early to get your ideal spot and be sure to BYOMat. Afterward, sip on a local craft beer, brewed right there at Alestone.

Yoga & Beer – Every Sunday at Home State Brewing Co

When: Every Sunday, 10am – 11am

Join Warrior One at Home State Brewing Co. every Sunday morning for a 60-minute all levels yoga flow followed by a post-class beer of your choice! You'll love the modern Florida themed atmosphere.

Cabernet + Namaste at Quantum Leap Winery

Unwind with some yoga and wine at Cabernet + Namaste, a periodic event at Quantum Leap Winery. Located in the Mills 50 District, Quantum Leap specializes in sustainable wines that are blended on site with quality grapes from around the world.

Each yoga event pairs a one-hour yoga session with a sampling of the winery’s top-notch vino. While many boozy yoga classes include just one drink, Quantum Leap doubles up on the fun by offering attendees two glasses of Quantum Leap wine. As an added bonus, proceeds typically benefit a worthy cause.

Vinyasa Yoga at Southern Hill Farms *Seasonal*

When: Select dates during the blueberry season (typically March/April)
Cost: $15 (subject to change)

When it comes to boozy yoga classes worth waiting for, Southern Hill Farms’ unique outdoor yoga sessions come to mind. During blueberry season, the farm hosts select outdoor yoga classes on the lawn overlooking the scenic blueberry fields. Apart from the one-hour, instructor-led class, your ticket also includes a pound of u-pick blueberries and a blueberry mimosa (garnished with fresh berries of course).

Make a day trip of it by starting with yoga, picking blueberries, and having a delicious lunch from the on-site food trucks.
