Does it take a little more than the promise of shavasana at the end of yoga class to coax you onto your yoga mat? The mind, body and soul benefits of practicing yoga are reason enough to head to the studio, but multiple breweries, wineries and venues around Orlando have now combined yoga with imbibing, inspiring yogis of all levels to practice with the promise of pint glass perks at the end of each session. Read on for our official guide to boozy yoga in Orlando, from mimosa sessions to those rewarding yogis with craft beers and generous pours of local vino.

Special note: most classes require that you bring your own mat to class.

Wednesday W.I.N.E Yoga on the Field at Camping World Stadium

When: Select Wednesdays

Ever dreamed of practicing yoga in the spotlight? Step onto the spacious field of Camping World Stadium for Wednesday W.I.N.E Yoga on the Field, a periodic event hosted by Florida Citrus Sports and presented by Corkcicle. Besides the totally badass location, you’ll also get to enjoy a spread of appetizers and wine after the one-hour yoga session concludes. You’re encouraged to bring your own mat, but you can rent one for $3 if needed.

Headbanger Yoga at Broken Strings Brewery

When: One Saturday per month at 11am (next event September 21, 2019)
Cost: $13

Brewery yoga is all the rage these days, but Broken Strings Brewery is differentiating itself from the norm by pairing yoga and beer with rock and roll tunes. The brewery’s Headbanger Yoga series is a monthly class combining rock music, a yoga session and signature craft brews. It’s one of Orlando’s most unique brewery yoga events and fits perfectly with the brewery’s musical theme. Ryan Bean Yoga leads the one-hour class. Your ticket also includes a pour of any Broken Strings draft.

Yoga Under the Stars at Orlando Brewing

When: 3rd Friday of each month at 7:30pm (check in at 7pm)
Cost: $12 in advance, $14 walk ins

Orlando Brewing’s rendition of the popular beer and yoga pair is an oldie but a goodie. One Friday per month, dozens of yogis gather outdoors as the sun sets for Yoga Under the Stars, a one-hour community yoga class led by Sarah Burnett (aka AcroSarah). The all-levels class includes one 16 oz. Orlando Brewing beer of your choice. Bonus: you don’t have to wait until class is over to sip your brew. Enjoy it before, during or after class. Choose from delicious organic brews including seasonal releases and stand-bys like the classic O-Town Brown and I-4 IPA. Check the brewery’s event calendar for details on the next event.

Cabernet + Namaste at Quantum Leap Winery

When: Periodic event (next event September 6, 2019 at 6pm)
Cost: $22

Unwind with some yoga and wine at Cabernet + Namaste, a periodic event at Quantum Leap Winery. Located in the Mills 50 District, Quantum Leap specializes in sustainable wines that are blended on site with quality grapes from around the world. Each yoga event pairs a one-hour yoga session with a sampling of the winery’s top-notch vino. While many boozy yoga classes include just one drink, Quantum Leap doubles up on the fun by offering attendees two glasses of Quantum Leap wine. As an added bonus, proceeds typically benefit a worthy cause. September’s class will benefit Bahamas Hurricane Relief.

Sourglass Yoga at Sourglass Brewing

When: Sundays at 11am
Cost: $10

Hourglass Brewing in Longwood is known for its signature lineup of sour beers, so much so that the brewery expanded to release its sours under the new Sourglass Brewing brand name. Every Sunday, visit the facility for Sourglass Yoga, a relaxing one-hour, all-levels class that includes a discount coupon redeemable at Hourglass Brewing’s taproom. It’s your chance to try one of the brewery’s famous sour brews for yourself. While any Sunday will do, you can extend the Sunday self care vibes by lining up your visit with the monthly Spaglass Self Care Pop-Up. This once a month event includes $5 mimosas with a juice bar, crafted beer mimosas, and a handful of vendors specializing in hair, nails, massage and more.

Namaste for a Beer – Yoga with Sareet at Deviant Wolfe Brewing

When: Select Sundays at 10:30am
Cost: $15

Besides the obvious perks of Deviant Wolfe’s weekly yoga event (the yoga class and a Deviant Wolfe draft after class), you can save money with a loyalty punch card or by purchasing a class pass. After attending five classes you get your sixth for free (yay for free yoga and beer). Or, purchase a 4-class package for $50, which will save you $10. Class passes are redeemable for the whole year. After class, conduct your own brewery crawl visiting Sanford’s other breweries, or go for a waterfront stroll.

Yoga & Beer at Suncreek Brewery

When: Every other Saturday at 9:30am
Cost: $10

You’ll find Suncreek Brewery in Historic Downtown Clermont, a short drive from Orlando that makes for a fun date day trip. Start the day early with a Saturday morning yoga session led by instructor Madeline Howe. You’ll also be invited to sip on a free beer mimosa or Suncreek beer of your choice. Hungry? The brewery shares space with several food vendors. Samples of breakfast pizza from Michael Ali’s Coal Fired Pizza will be available after class. Bring your own mat or rent one for $3.

Vinyasa Yoga at Southern Hill Farms *Seasonal*

When: Select dates during the blueberry season (typically March/April)
Cost: $15 (subject to change)

When it comes to boozy yoga classes worth waiting for, Southern Hill Farms’ unique outdoor yoga sessions come to mind. During blueberry season, the farm hosts select outdoor yoga classes on the lawn overlooking the scenic blueberry fields. Apart from the one-hour, instructor-led class, your ticket also includes a pound of u-pick blueberries and a blueberry mimosa (garnished with fresh berries of course). Make a day trip of it by starting with yoga, picking blueberries, and having a delicious lunch from the on-site food trucks. Stay tuned for yoga details for the 2020 season.
