“Amerikase” Tasting Menus at American Kitchen Bar & Grill

Need a date night idea that will impress your favorite foodie? American Kitchen Bar & Grill’s Executive Chef Venoy Rogers III is offering a new 6-8 course Omakase-style tasting experience sure to wow. While this offering isn’t listed on the restaurant’s website, we’re here to let you in on the secret.

If you’re unfamiliar with the term, Omakase is a dining experience in which the chef selects the entire meal. While traditional Omakase is comprised of smaller, one-bite courses, Chef Venoy’s “Amerikase” approach is all about 2-3 bite courses highlighting the restaurant’s top-notch American cuisine.

This experience is available for $100/person. To reserve, call and request to speak to the restaurant’s General Manager. She will work with Chef Venoy on a custom menu for your experience.
