The 7th Annual Food & Wine Classic is set to descend on the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort Friday, October 28 and Saturday, October 29, 2016. Each evening from 5:30pm – 9:00pm, the resort's culinary team will unfurl an array of epicurean experiences including educational seminars, beer pairings and gourmet food and wine tastings.
The outdoor causeway will be lined with stations offering a diverse selection of delicious delicacies from resort chefs at Shula's Steak House, IL Mulino, Todd English's bluezoo, Kimonos, Garden Grove, The Fountain, Cabana Bar and Beach Club, Fresh Mediterranean Market and Picabu. Meet the chefs (including Todd English, Robert Ciborowski and two-time World Pastry Team Champion Laurent Branlard) while you munch and sip under the stars.
Causeway tickets are $98.85 including unlimited samples of food, beer, wine and other specialty beverages.
Consider adding on access to the Beer Garden! Located on the tree-shaded Crescent Terrace, this sudsy spot lets you travel around the world via beer after beer. Chef will also be preparing house-made bar snacks to pair with their picks. Causeway tickets with Beer Garden access are $122.39 including service fee.
This year's Food & Wine Classic also features ten educational seminars in such topics as wines, cocktails, beer, pasta-making, cheese pairing or the fine art of sushi and sake. Most seminars begin at 4:30pm and last approximately one hour.

Live entertainment in the Dolphin clamshell fountain on both evenings has always added to the festive, party vide of this much-loved annual event, and this year is no exception. Fabulous live music will begin at 5:30pm with Epic Sessions (Unplugged), Atlantic City Boys hit the stage at 7pm, followed by the infamous Epic Dance Band at 7:30 pm.
NEW SUNDAY BUBBLES BRUNCH
On Sunday, October 30 Sawn & Dolphin will present its first ever Sunday Bubbles Brunch with J Vineyards and Winery. From 10am – 2pm, this lavish affair will feature traditional and not-so-traditional items, including a variety of cured meats, imported cheeses, an array of sushi and trattoria inspired entrees. A la carte options will also be available. One glass of champagne or specialty mimosa will be included in the menu price, along with the option to upgrade to bottomless champagne and mimosas at the time of seating. Specially priced one and two-night packages are available for those looking to attend the F&W Classic as part of a gourmet getaway. Those staying overnight will have access to the expansive Swan & Dolphin property, which features a white, sandy beach, five pools and Mandara Spa.
