Fishbones in Lake Mary and Orlando recently unveiled a series of new dinner dishes and we were invited to give them a try. Here are some drool-worthy photos from our delicious feast.
APPETIZERS
The Spicy Tuna & Seaweed Salad had the perfect kick. ($9)
Servers whip of the ‘Fresh from Florida' Key West Shrimp Cocktail right at your table.
Tableside Key West Shrimp Cocktail made with key lime juice, avocado, bermuda onions and served with crispy plantain chips ($11)
COCKTAILS
The Hive, made with Plymouth Gin, Yuzu Juice, Orange Honey, Mint, and Bitters, tastes like a fresh tangerine. Delicious! ($11)
ENTREES
The Crab Stuffed Gulf Black Grouper ($39) topped with beurre blanc was truly a standout of the visit.
I was hoping for a little more when I ordered the Pacific Mahi Mahi ($35) but even with its Jamaican jerk seasoning, grilled pineapple and key lime butter, the result was lackluster. I chose Key Lime Jalapeño Slaw as my side and was not disappointed.
DESSERT
The irresistible dessert tray, piled with six different offerings, is guaranteed to sway you.
The prettiest Key Lime Pie we've ever seen! ($8)
