It’s been one month since the Winter Park Trader Joe’s flung open its doors, whipping up a storm of fanatic TJ loyalists who have descended on the Orange Avenue store in droves. Four weeks later, lines are still long and parking spots still few and far between leading me to this verdict: Orlando LOVES Trader Joe’s!

We love it for its organic produce and never-ending cheese case. We love the cheap wine and the frozen pizza. But let’s be really honest… we love Trader Joe’s junk food.

So, why not set aside a date night to pay homage to this modern day Willy Wonka, who with imagination and ingenuity has created a slew of sweet and savory snacks—hello Milk Chocolate Covered Toffee Popcorn—worthy of an evening completely devoted to their honor. It’s a Trader Joe’s Pig Out. Here are some menu suggestions.

By the way, Trade Joe's is open until 9pm seven nights a week. A second Trader Joe's is currently in construction in Dr. Phillips with plans to open by the end of this year.

TJs popcorn
The ingredients lists herbs and spices but there has got to be crack in there too. This popcorn is seriously addictive.

INSERT
This brownie-like cake oozes out chocolate when you cut into it.

TJs two buck chuck
The famed Two Buck Chuck pairs with everything.

INSERT
Toffee, broken pretzels, cookie, nuts and chocolate. Yep. They’re awesome.

INSERT
Trader Joe's will chocolate cover just about anything, but my favorite is their Sea Salt & Turbinado Sugar Dark Chocolate Almonds.

INSERT
Spread it on toast, use it for fondue, drizzle it over apple slices, or just lick it straight off the spoon!

TJs ice cream
I can never decide between the Mini Ice Cream Cones and the Mini Mint Ice Cream Mouthfuls… so I usually grab them both. Don't Judge.
