Saturday, March 9 – Thai/Vietnamese Cuisine
Join the chef as they take you on a journey to South East Asia. Learn family recipes and create dishes such as Vietnamese Egg Rolls and Thai Papaya Salad.

Saturday, April 13 – Sushi
Learn how to “roll” with the best of them! The JW's sushi chef will give tips on purchasing the best ingredients, making perfect sushi rice and teach several different types of rolls including Rainbow and Crunchy Shrimp Rolls.

Saturday, May 4 – Mexican Cuisine
Get ready for Cinco de Mayo as the JW chefs teach you how to make authentic Mexican dishes. You will create Beef Birria, Mole and tortillas from scratch.

Saturday, May 18 – BBQ/Whole Hog
It’s all about pigg’n out! BBQ season is in full effect and our award winning “Smoke on the Lakes” BBQ team is on hand to show you the tricks of the trade. Learn how to butcher and cook the different parts of a young hog.

Saturday, June 8- Pizza
Learn the art of pizza making! Chefs will cover topics such as making and handling dough, choosing seasonal toppings and using mozzarella for the perfect margarita pizza.

Cooking School Weekend: For the Love of Food! At the Farm, April 12 – 14

Head to the The Ritz-Carlton Orlando for a “Farm to Fork” getaway filled with hands-on experiences at Grande Lakes Orlando’s Whisper Creek Farm.

Guests will learn and experience Argentinian style barbeque over open fire as well as traditional grilling of foods from local farms and harvest from the 7,000-square-foot garden.
