Stroll through the Central Florida Zoo and sample a wide variety of unique craft beers from around the world. This annual event will also feature regional cuisine, authentic international music, and animal encounters, of course.

Orlando Brewing
Orlando Brewing is one of Central Florida’s most unsung gems. One of just two local breweries, the manufacturing facility located across the street from Orlando’s Amtrak station is also home to a humble taproom with 22 taps, 19 of which serve up the brewery’s signature certified organic brews.

Besides great beer, here are four more reasons to check out Orlando Brewing:

Tours: OB offers free tours Monday thru Saturday at 6pm. The 45-minute stroll through the facility gives beer aficionados a glimpse into the brewing process and ends in the taproom where visitors can sample the beer.

Beer School: Launched earlier this year, these four-hour, bi-monthly tutorials, which have sold out each time they’ve been scheduled, are ideal for people who want more depth than the tours provide. $40 per person.

Live music: Local bands playing original music hit the stage every Friday and Saturday night at 9pm. There is never a cover charge for the taproom, not even on Jazz night (every other Thursday) or Irish Sundays when an Irish bands plays (every other Sunday).

Sampler trays: The taproom features beer flights with four or eight 5 oz samples. Visitors are given a rating sheet, which not only encourages feedback but gives couples the opportunity to talk about each beer.

Orlando Brewing 6th Anniversary Party
This Saturday, April 7th starting at noon, Orlando Brewing will be throwing their 6th anniversary party. This event will feature three local bands, a handful of gourmet food trucks, and a 30-team corn hole tournament.
